LA County Department of Public Health Announces Curbside/Door-side Pick-Up Now Permitted for All Businesses

Beverly Hills, CA – The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health today announced that all retailers that are not located in an indoor mall or shopping center are able to reopen for curbside, door-side, outside pick-up, or delivery only.

This update requires businesses in the City of Beverly Hills to follow social distancing and infection control protocols.

Today’s updated Safer at Home Order replaces the County’s original order set to expire on Friday and will gradually ease restrictions over time.

Face coverings continue to be mandated in the City of Beverly Hills for all persons if there is a potential to come within six feet of someone who is not a member of their household.  The County’s Safer at Home Order also mandates face coverings whenever there is or can be contact with others who are not household members in both public and private places.  This includes interactions at businesses now open for curbside/door-side pick-up.

Beverly Hills businesses may request to have a meter near their place of business converted into a free curbside 5-minute customer-loading meter by emailing BusinessRecovery@beverlyhills.org

While certain County recreational facilities will now be allowed to reopen under today’s Order, several facilities in the City of Beverly Hills remain closed to the public including City Hall; Greystone Mansion & Garden: The Doheny Estate; Beverly Hills Public Library; Roxbury Community Center; La Cienega Community Center; La Cienega Tennis Center & Roxbury Park Tennis Courts; City of Beverly Hills Mini Parks and Playgrounds; and City of Beverly Hills Basketball Courts.
